Description This four week long training & team building experience took employees into a world where corporate miscommunication led to absolute hilarity. All the while, they gained valuable knowledge and skills as well as an increase in effective interdepartmental communications.

As the lead game designer, I was responsible for creating a story and puzzles that would serve to increase corporate communications. As the game was played primarily over the corporate intranet, I had to become familiar with the system and how it would be utilized by the company and the employees in order to design an experience that would adequately train the employees based on their level of access to the intranet.

As my first foray into games designed specifically for team building and corporate training, I was pleased by how similar the experience was to my previous games. Certianly there were differences between the two, but it helpmed to me better understand designing for a more mainstream audience as well as the challenges presented with corporate training.
